Workshops are led by volunteer instructors from several local nonprofit partners. The bench will then be delivered to a local bus stop that is lacking seating.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis initiative is put together in partnership with Play, NC, Bike Durham, and the Bull City Woodshop. \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/playdurham.com\/bench\/\"\u003eRead more about it here!\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile the workshop is FREE for you, there is still a cost to providing these benches! Each bench costs appx $125. If you plan to attend with a friend, family member, or child, each person must reserve their own seat. Children must be 12 years of age or older and accompanied by an adult for the entire workshop.
