Jamil Johnson - Director

With over two decades of experience in financial services and five years in real estate, I bring a deep understanding of both finance and community development. My commitment to service began when I joined the North Carolina National Guard just months after my 17th birthday, and it has guided me ever since. I’m passionate about advocating for those without a voice and was deeply inspired by the story and mission of BCW. My children have directly benefited from the dedication and generosity of BCW’s volunteers, and I’m honored to give back by helping other families in our community experience that same support and impact.
