Private woodworking classes for groups of 4 or more — great for birthdays, team building, school or Scout groups, social clubs, and other special gatherings.

Here’s how it works.

Reach Out First

Before booking, please reach out to us. We’ll help confirm your date, group size, age range, project ideas, and make sure we can pair you with the right instructor team.

Hold Your Date

Once we’ve worked out the details, you can place a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your date.

The deposit does not go toward the cost of the class. Dates are first come, first served and are not reserved until the deposit is paid.

Build!

We’ll get the project, materials, shop, and instructor team ready for your group. Then it’s time to make some sawdust.

Pricing

Most private classes are priced per project or per person, depending on the class. Final pricing depends on the project, group size, materials, and prep required.

Custom Projects

Looking for a project that isn’t already in our catalog? We may need to build and test a prototype before teaching it. In those cases, a separate prototype fee may apply.

Important Notes

  • All participants must complete a liability waiver before entering the shop.
  • Youth project options depend on age and tool access. For younger students, classes are typically more hand-tool, design, and assembly focused.
