Power Tools for Woodworking — Private Group Class
Get your group comfortable with the larger tools found in a woodshop! This hands-on class introduces the safety, function, and basic techniques of four essential woodworking tools.
You’ll receive instruction and guided practice with each tool, building confidence and skills you can use in future woodworking projects. This class focuses on learning and practicing with the equipment rather than completing a take-home project.
No prior woodworking experience is required. This is a standalone class—you do not need to take Power Tools for Home Projects first.

Booking Your Private Class
Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or club members for a class scheduled for your group.
Before purchasing, please contact Brian at brian.sparrow@bullcitywoodshop.org to confirm your date, group size, and instructor availability.
Once the details are confirmed, a $50 non-refundable booking deposit reserves your date. This is a separate fee and does not apply toward the class cost. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is paid.
Each quantity purchased equals one participant’s seat in the class.
What to Bring
Wear closed-toe shoes—no Crocs—and avoid loose clothing or jewelry. Everything else is provided.
Liability Waiver
All participants must complete the required liability waiver before entering the shop. Complete your waiver at bullcitywoodshop.org/pages/forms.
Cancellation Policy
Class fees are eligible for a full refund or registration transfer if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled class. No refunds or transfers are available within 7 days of the class.
The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
