Patterned Hardwood Cutting Board — Private Group Class
Create a beautiful patterned hardwood cutting board with your group in this two-session woodworking class led by Timothy Weldy!
Using contrasting hardwoods, you’ll arrange and glue pieces together to create a striking geometric pattern. During the second session, you’ll shape, sand, route, and apply a food-safe finish to complete your board.
Session One: Assembly and Glue-Up

By the end of the second session, each participant will take home a completed patterned cutting board to use or give as a handmade gift!
Class Details

Duration: Two 3-hour sessions; attendance at both is required

Price: $160 per person, including both sessions and materials

Experience level: Intermediate—some previous woodworking experience is recommended

Booking Your Private Class
Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or club members for a woodworking experience scheduled for your group.
Before purchasing, contact Brian at brian.sparrow@bullcitywoodshop.org to confirm both session dates, your group size, and instructor availability.
Once the details are confirmed, a $50 non-refundable booking deposit reserves your dates. This is a separate fee and does not apply toward the class cost. Your dates are not reserved until the deposit is paid.
Each quantity purchased equals one participant’s registration for both sessions.
What to Bring
Wear closed-toe shoes—no Crocs—and avoid loose clothing or jewelry. Everything else is provided.
Liability Waiver
All participants must complete the required liability waiver before the first session. The class cannot begin until all waivers are submitted.

Cancellation Policy
Class fees are eligible for a full refund or registration transfer if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session. No refunds or transfers are available within 7 days of the first session.
The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.
